Welcome to Zarfideli.
Zarfideli is a personal space where I explore how project management thinking applies to music.
This started as an interest in structure and decision-making. Over time, it became clear that music—especially at an independent level—lacks exactly that.
Most musicians don’t struggle with talent.
They struggle with direction.
What This Is
This is not a platform.
It’s a personal blog.
A place where I document ideas, systems, and observations about how musicians can approach their careers with more clarity.
Everything shared here comes from a simple lens:
How do you bring structure into something that is usually left to improvisation?
What I Focus On
Opportunities
How to think about where music actually happens:
- places
- spaces
- contexts
Not in theory, but in reality.
Structure
Adapting project management principles into something usable for musicians:
- organizing efforts
- following up
- creating consistency
Without turning creativity into rigidity.
Decision-Making
Because progress is less about doing more, and more about choosing better:
- what to pursue
- what to ignore
- when to move
Why I Write This
I’ve seen how much time musicians lose not knowing:
- where to go
- who to contact
- how to move forward
This is an attempt to reduce that friction.
Not with formulas, but with perspective.
A Note on Experience
Music doesn’t exist in isolation.
It happens in places, with people, under certain conditions.
I’m interested in those conditions.
Because understanding them changes everything.
What You Can Expect
- Practical ways of thinking, not generic advice
- Observations grounded in real situations
- Simple systems you can actually use
Nos vemos prrronto!
This is a work in progress.
Just like any project.
